I thank the Lord for the healing He has given me.
This weekend I have walked more and further than I have in the last 3 months.

I pray He keep His hand upon me to complete the healing.

I thank God for three people that were baptized yesterday in church.
I pray they know the commitment they made and walk in the way of the Lord.

Thank you Lord that I am able to walk again without crutches and work for
about 4 hrs a day. I pray You keep your hand upon me and I will heal
completely. Thank you Lord.

National Day of Prayer on May 7

The theme for this year's National Day of Prayer on May 7 is Prayer ... America's Hope! It's based on Psalm 33:22, which says, "May Your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in You."

This is an extremely critical time in America's history. From economic pressures, to the ongoing threat of terrorism, to the unraveling of our culture's moral fabric, many people are dealing with a deep sense of uncertainty and apprehension.

However, we can be confident that when we come to God in humble prayer, He hears us and stands ready to respond to our cries for help. Our forefathers sought the Almighty for guidance and safekeeping; and we, too, can depend on His divine intervention if we will turn to Him in repentance and prayer. That will be our purpose as we gather with other people of faith across the nation on May 7th.

Dear Father in Heaven I thank you for the healing you give me. I can walk further each day and also work more each day. I thank you for our garden that is flourishing and producing the vegetables that we are eating.

Dear Lord; I thank You for the abundance in our garden, we are now giving some of it to others. I thank you for a brother offering to mow our front yard until we get our new mower. Lord there is so much to thank You for and I am sorry if I don't name them all, but I do thank You.

Dear Lord I thank You for our daily bread and I pray that we can help others with our surplus. I thank you for our ability to do the work we do. Lord I thank you for everything but most of all Your Son dying for our sins as there was no other way for us to be able to come close to You and that you can call us Your children. Thank You Lord.
